2011 Workhorse Step Van 4.8L Engine P0300 Cylinder 7 Misfire Diagnosis

I own a 2011 Workhorse Step Van W42 equipped with a 4.8L engine. The onboard diagnostic system shows a P0300 code indicating a random misfire, specifically pointing to cylinder #7. I performed a compression test and recorded 100 psi in cylinder 7. I have already replaced the fuel injector, coil pack, spark plugs, and ignition wires. Spark and signal are confirmed on the injector. Despite these repairs, the issue persists. Has anyone else experienced this specific misfire problem with the 4.8L engine in a Workhorse Step Van? Any insights or troubleshooting steps would be greatly appreciated.
