I own a 2009 Volkswagen Jetta TDI 1.9L Turbo Diesel model that consistently fails to start, showing fault code P3003 related to the camshaft position sensor. During testing, I observed a voltage signal at the connector return pin, which originates from the Engine Control Module (ECM). This suggests the sensor is receiving power and ground, yet the system does not recognize it as valid.
