I recently encountered fault code P1514: 'Airflow to TP Sensor Correlation High' under SES (Service Engine Soon) mode. This issue appeared only after I performed a MAF (Mass Air Flow) sensor edit via software flashing. Prior to the modification, my vehicle did not show this error. Given that the fault emerged post-tuning, I suspect a correlation between the modified airflow readings and the throttle position (TP) sensor data. The P1514 code indicates that the Powertrain Control Module (PCM) detected an inconsistency in airflow measurements compared to the throttle position sensor input.
