I recently installed a Hypertech programmer and adjusted shift points to improve performance at lower speeds, aiming for more power. Since then, the vehicle has triggered a P0751 diagnostic code — indicating a 'Shift Solenoid A Performance or Stuck Off' issue. What does this mean?
