Open circuit code passes NOID light test
The only code showing now is P0508 idle air system circuit low. I still have the intake plenum unbolted ,so maybe this is why? When I back probed the injector 6 I got 10.8 volts was highest on both wires. What could be causing this code ? It's a new one and the only one. Thanks for all of your help. The P0508 code is new, wasn't there before. The plenum is still unbolted so could this be the cause? I had disconnected both harnesses from the pcm when I pulled the battery, it's possible this cured the #6 circuit open problem? Could this be the cause of the new code? Tomorrow I'll do a resistance check with my meter at lowest setting, (an important point I overlooked) And compare to adjoining injector, I'll let you know what happens. I installed single platinum plugs when I changed them 2 months ago, will this make any difference in running quality? Thanks alot for your help.
