B0090 Diagnostic Code Appeared After Dashboard Removal and Gauge Cluster Replacement

We recently removed the dashboard components to access and replace the gauge cluster. During disassembly, the airbag warning icon was not visible. After successfully installing the new gauge cluster, the vehicle now displays a functional instrument panel but shows a B0090 diagnostic code along with an illuminated airbag warning light. Notably, there is no Check Engine light triggered. The question remains: could this B0090 code be directly related to the dashboard removal process, or is it simply a coincidental occurrence?
