P0511 Fault Code on 2003 Toyota Echo: Idle Air Control Circuit Issue and Related Emissions Codes P0441, P0442, P0446, P0456

I recently encountered a P0511 diagnostic code on my 2003 Toyota Echo. My son-in-law scanned the vehicle and confirmed the code, which indicates an issue with the Idle Speed Control (ISC) circuit — commonly known as the Idle Air Control (IAC) valve. I'm having difficulty finding reliable information online about this specific fault in my model year. In addition to P0511, the vehicle is also showing several emissions-related codes: P0441, P0442, P0446, and P0456. I'm unsure whether these are related or if one issue might be causing the others. I've already replaced the gas cap, so that's not the root cause. Any insights into how to diagnose or fix the P0511 code, as well as potential connections between these emissions codes, would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance for your help!

Check for vacuum leaks — the P0511 code typically points to an issue with the Idle Speed Control (ISC) system, also known as the IAC valve. Ensure the electrical connector at the IAC valve is secure and properly connected. A loose or damaged connection can trigger this fault.

Thanks for the input! We've also identified an exhaust leak near the manifold during a lift inspection. It's possible that this leak could be contributing to both the P0511 code and the emissions codes, especially since exhaust leaks can affect engine idle and sensor readings.
