2003 Tahoe OBD2 Codes P0141 and P0161 - O2 Sensor Issues and Fuse Solution

Hi everyone, I recently replaced all four oxygen (O2) sensors on my 2003 Chevrolet Tahoe, but two diagnostic codes—P0141 and P0161—still persist. When I use my OBD2 scanner to monitor the voltage of O2 sensor 1, it fluctuates wildly between 0V and 0.8V, while O2 sensor 2 reads steadily around 0.75–0.-80V. I'm wondering if there's any further troubleshooting I can do before scheduling a visit with a mechanic. Any insights or suggestions would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance for your help.

Did you install the new O2 sensors from the dealership or an aftermarket brand? Also, please check the O2B fuse (15A) located in the under-hood fuse block. A blown fuse can cause intermittent sensor readings and persistent error codes.

The O2B fuse was indeed blown—after replacing it, my check engine light turned off completely! I didn't know there was a dedicated fuse for the oxygen sensors. Thanks so much for the tip. I purchased the sensors from RockAuto and they were AC Delco brand.
