1995 Subaru Legacy AT with OBDII: P0105/P0106 Codes and MAP Sensor Testing for Pressure Exchange Solenoid

I own a 1995 Subaru Legacy with an automatic transmission and OBDII compatibility. I'm currently experiencing diagnostic trouble codes P0105 and P0106, which point to issues with the Manifold Absolute Pressure (MAP) sensor or the pressure exchange solenoid. The resistance reading for the pressure exchange solenoid shows a normal value of 37-48 ohms, but I'm not observing any changes in vacuum levels at the MAP sensor when engine load or throttle is adjusted. How can I properly test both the MAP sensor and the pressure exchange solenoid? Additionally, how frequently should these components respond to pressure variations under different driving conditions?
