Seat Ibiza 1.2 P0172 Code: Engine Light Flashes and Vibration When Cold Start

Hi, I recently performed a diagnostic test on my Seat Ibiza 1.2 and received the P0172 code, indicating a system too rich condition in Bank 1. Additionally, whenever I start driving—especially when the engine is cold—the engine light begins flashing, the vehicle slows down significantly, and it vibrates noticeably. I have to turn off the car for one minute, then restart it, which temporarily resolves the issue before it returns again. What could be causing this behavior?
