2011 Saab 95 Engine Code P0010: Timing Issue or Camshaft Actuator Circuit Fault?

Hi everyone, I'm experiencing a persistent engine management light on my 2011 Saab 95 after having the timing adjuster and chain replaced. The vehicle is now showing OBD-II fault code P0010. Despite the recent work, the issue persists — could this be related to a timing problem or a camshaft position actuator circuit malfunction? What does 'CIRCUIT check' mean exactly? Which circuits are you referring to — the standard engine circuits or a specific sensor circuit?

My 2011 Saab 95 also shows P0010 (and occasionally P1101). The car runs fine, but the turbo is limited to about 50% on the dashboard gauge. I've already cleaned and replaced the MAF sensor, spark plugs, and oil — no improvement. What steps did you take to fix it? The image link above is now invalid. Any help would be appreciated!
