Qashqai +2 P0545 DPF Code: Can a 2.2 Ohm Resistor Fix Work After ECU Remap?

Hi everyone, I'm currently dealing with a P0545 diagnostic code on my Qashqai +2 1.5 Dci model. I've already had the DPF removed and performed an ECU remap to improve performance. I'm wondering if the commonly recommended 2.2 ohm resistor fix can resolve this P0545 code after such modifications. If so, could someone please explain step-by-step how to install it? Additionally, I'd like to know whether the EGT (Exhaust Gas Temperature) sensor is only used for DPF regeneration purposes — and if that means I can safely use the resistor fix without needing to replace the EGT sensor. Any insights or experiences from owners of Qashqai +2 1.5 Dci with similar modifications would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance! Pete
