02 pontiac grand am with p0305 code

Yesterday my car was running horrible so I took it to the shop and finnally figuered that it was the FPR so I had it changed. Now the car is running like a champ. thanks everyone!

What is the FPR? Fuel Pump Relay or the Fuel Pressure Regulator?
