2005 Nissan Frontier P1124 and P0507 Codes: Idle Issues and Throttle Control Problems
My 2005 Nissan Frontier is displaying two diagnostic trouble codes: P1124 and P0507. Both are related to the throttle control relay and RPM regulation systems. When the service engine light is on, the vehicle idles at approximately 1,200 RPMs and does not respond when additional gas is applied. Disconnecting the battery for a few seconds resets the issue temporarily, allowing normal operation until the problem returns after two or three starts. I'm looking for reliable solutions to fix this recurring idle instability without relying on professional scan tools.
