Mitsubishi Montero Limited 2003 Shutting Off While Driving with P0137 and P0141 OBD2 Codes

My 2003 Mitsubishi Montero Limited (170,000 miles) is unexpectedly shutting off while driving. I have to shift into neutral, restart the vehicle, and keep the gas pedal partially pressed to maintain engine RPM. The check engine light comes on, and the diagnostic tool shows OBD2 fault codes P0137 and P0141. These codes indicate issues with the oxygen sensor in bank 1, sensor 2 (P0137) and bank 1, sensor 1 (P0141), respectively. I'm seeking advice on how to diagnose and fix this issue to prevent further engine shutdowns.
