P0020, P0303, P0304 Fault Diagnosis for Mercedes C 180 K 2003 - Engine Shaking and Noise at Idle

I own a 2003 Mercedes C 180 K (105 kW, 143 hp) with good towing capacity. The vehicle is experiencing significant shaking and noise when idling. Multiple diagnostic scans have revealed fault codes P0020, P0303, and P030-4. Additionally, the system indicates a misalignment of the exhaust camshaft (P02054). I recently replaced both the variable pulley and timing chain, as well as spark plugs and ignition coils. Despite these repairs, the issues persist. Can anyone confirm what the root cause might be? Is there a known repair procedure or invoice required to fix this issue on this model year? The car is still under warranty for certain components — does that affect the diagnosis or repair options?
