Lincoln Town Car P0135, P0141, P0155, P0161, P0403, P0443 Fault Codes - Diagnosis and Fixes for 2010 Model

Model: Lincoln Town Car Fault Code: P0135 Posted: 2018-09-06 10:19

I'm experiencing persistent OBD2 fault codes: P0135, P0141, P0155, P0161, P0403, and P0443 on my 2010 Lincoln Town Car. I've already replaced three oxygen sensors and the evaporative canister purge valve, including a blue 15-amp fuse as recommended by another source. Despite these repairs, the codes remain active. What could be causing this? Are there any common underlying issues among these specific fault codes?

Could you please specify which components you replaced and why? Have you checked that all relevant fuses are intact and properly seated? What is the exact model year of your Lincoln Town Car?

I replaced three oxygen sensors and the canister purge valve. I also replaced a blue 15-amp fuse based on an online recommendation. The codes persist. Vehicle is a 2010 model.

Here's what each code means: - P0135: O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction (Bank 1, Sensor 1) - P0141: O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction (Bank 1, Sensor 2) - P0155: O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction (Bank 2, Sensor 1) - P0161: O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction (Bank 2, Sensor 2) - P0403: Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) Circuit Malfunction - P0443: Evaporative Emission Control System Purge Control Valve Circuit Malfunction Is there a pattern among these codes? Did you check the wiring circuits before replacing parts? Start with basic diagnostics using a wiring diagram, test light, or digital multimeter (DVOM). Thanks for the input — I'll start troubleshooting with a wiring diagram and use a DVOM to check circuits before proceeding further.
