1995 Lincoln Continental P0133 and P0402 Codes: Are They Related?

I own a 1995 Lincoln Continental that is showing both P0133 and P0402 diagnostic trouble codes. After clearing the codes, they return shortly after. I'm wondering if these two codes point to a single underlying issue or if I need to address them separately. Any insights on how to diagnose or fix each code would be greatly appreciated.

HI Agree also ¡ You must first change the O2 sensor or check for a blown fuse ¡ And also recheck the EGR system.. for faulty part..
