Lexus GS300 2004 P0351 Error: Engine Turns Off After 3 Seconds After Spark Plug and Gasket Replacement

Hi everyone, I recently replaced the spark plugs and spark plug gasket cover on my 2004 Lexus GS300. After the replacement, the engine starts but only runs for about 3 seconds before shutting off unexpectedly. I used an OBD2 scanner to check the system and received error code P0351: Ignition Coil 'A' or Primary/Secondary Circuit Conditions. I have already replaced all four ignition coils, yet the issue persists. The car was previously running perfectly fine before this repair. The engine does not start again after the initial 3-second run. I'm at a loss as to what could be causing this intermittent failure. Any insights or suggestions on how to diagnose and fix P0351 in a 2004 Lexus GS300 would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your help!
