Kia Sedona 2.9 CRDI Engine Stuttering: MAF Code 0101 and 1140 Diagnosis & Fixes

I own a 2005 Kia Sedona with a 2.9L CRDI diesel engine, manually driven. The vehicle was purchased at 150,000 miles with an engine that had a cracked head. After replacing the engine at 90,000 miles (with new injectors and a fuel pump from my original engine), it has now reached 180,000 miles (30,000 since the engine swap). Over the past 1,000 miles, I've experienced intermittent driving issues. The car runs smoothly at idle but begins to stutter and judder when reaching operating temperature—indicating a potential air-fuel mixture problem. This only occurs while driving; idling remains unaffected. He concluded that the issue is likely a faulty MAF sensor. I ordered a new MAF sensor, but while waiting, I installed a used one from a salvage yard. The problem persisted.
