Intrepid 2.7 Engine Fault Codes P0134 and P0154: O2 Sensor Replacement Not Resolving Issue

Model: Intrepid Fault Code: P0134 Posted: 2010-10-09 13:17

I've been experiencing persistent fault codes P0134 and P0154 on my Intrepid 2.7 engine, even after replacing the oxygen (O2) sensors. I've thoroughly inspected all related wiring harnesses for the O2 sensors, MAP sensor, MAF sensor, and coolant temperature sensor, but the codes continue to appear. While some forum posts mention similar issues in the past, I haven't found a clear resolution. Could this be due to faulty Bosch O2 sensors or an outdated PCM software version? Any insights or troubleshooting steps would be greatly appreciated.

Ensure all relevant fuses are checked, particularly those related to the oxygen sensor circuit and engine control module.

The issue might be caused by faulty Bosch O2 sensors or a need for an updated PCM software firmware update. Consider verifying sensor compatibility and checking for available software updates from the manufacturer.
