2001 Infinity QX4 P0158 Code: What Does It Mean and Do I Need Additional O2 Sensors?

I recently diagnosed a P0158 code on my 2001 Infinity QX4 at Checker Auto. The diagnostic reading is 'O2 sensor circuit high voltage - Bank 2, Sensor 2'. I've inspected the vehicle and found only two oxygen sensors: one on each side of the front engine, near the transmission oil pan. Given that this code refers to Bank 2, Sensor 2, I'm wondering if my vehicle may have additional O2 sensors or if this fault is related to a sensor malfunction. Can anyone clarify what P0158 means in a 2001 Infinity QX4 and whether there are more O2 sensors than I currently see? Thanks for any insights. Tom
