Hello, I recently encountered fault code P0507 (Idle Air Control System RPM Higher Than Expected) after cleaning the throttle body to resolve a previous issue. My engine currently idles at approximately 1100 RPM, which is higher than normal. I need to pass a smog test soon and am looking for ways to eliminate this code. Has anyone successfully cleaned or repaired the idle air control valve on an Infinity i35? If so, did a relearn procedure resolve the issue? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Paul

You've already cleaned the throttle body—this might have introduced or exposed an air leak. The idle air control system likely needs a relearn procedure to restore proper idle behavior; ensure no unintended leaks were created during cleaning.
