My check engine light has come on, and after scanning with OBD Doctor software, I've identified fault code P2097: 'Post Catalyst Fuel System Too Rich Bank 1'. This indicates that the fuel mixture after the catalytic converter in Bank 1 is too rich (excessively high in fuel). The vehicle exhibits unstable engine RPM, and I have not replaced the spark plugs yet. Current mileage is 115,000 km. Can someone explain what this code means and provide practical steps to diagnose and fix it? Note: This issue occurs on a 2018 Hyundai Elantra with DOHC 2.0L engine.
