The issue doesn't stay constant—it may appear for a few weeks, then disappear and return randomly. The issue might still be covered under warranty—there is a Technical Service Bulletin (TSB) available that recommends reflashing the Powertrain Control Module (PCM) to resolve P0441 in certain Hyundai Accent models.

I checked the power supply and found that when the key is on, there is power to the brown wire. However, when the key is off, I observe ground on the same wire. The blue wire shows very weak voltage under both conditions—this could indicate a wiring or sensor issue in the EVAP system.
