I'm experiencing error codes P0641 and P0651 on my Honda Brio. I'm wondering if these codes are related to my headlights dimming while the car is running. The headlight brightness decreases significantly during operation, which affects visibility. Could these diagnostic trouble codes be linked to the headlight system or another component?
