2007 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo 3.7 V6 Won't Accelerate with P0717 and P0743 Error Codes

I own a 2007 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo with a 3.7L V6 engine. The vehicle will not accelerate past 30 mph. When I try to press the accelerator pedal all the way to the floor, there is no response and the transmission fails to shift properly. My OBD2 scanner shows fault codes P0717 and P0743. I'm looking for help identifying the root cause or possible fixes for this issue.
