gmc P0700,P1713, P0540

I have a 2001 gmc sierra 3500 turbo desiel and codes P0700,P1713 and P0540 come up, what are they and how do I fix? truck is in limp mode now. HELP PLEASE!

p0540 is a IAH (intake Air Heater) circuit issue, with a wiring diagram check fuses, IAH relay and fusible link. P0700 is the transmission requesting the CEL on and there wll be a transmission code stored The transmission issue is P1713. There is an issue with the shift selection solenoids on the PSM pressure switch manifold. With a wiring diagram check the trans electrical connector likely a damaged wire or connector pin. Any transmission work done?

replaced the intake air heater relay already and nothing changed. no transmission work done(yet).
