GMC Jimmy P0101, P0173, P0174 Codes After MAF Sensor Replacement

Model: GMC Jimmy Fault Code: P0101 Posted: 2007-03-31 05:37

I replaced the mass air flow (MAF) sensor about a week ago, but the check engine light returned with codes P0101, P0173, and P0176. The vehicle is showing a fuel system issue for Bank 2 — specifically, it's too lean. As someone with limited automotive knowledge, I'm trying to understand what this means. I've seen several posts suggesting vacuum leaks or intake manifold problems. Could that be the root cause? I'm especially cautious about replacing oxygen sensors, as I've read they're often misdiagnosed. Any insights or guidance would be greatly appreciated.

Forgot to mention there's a slight coolant leak somewhere — it's not obvious where, but the radiator fluid level keeps dropping slowly.

Intake gaskets are a common suspect in cases like this, especially when vacuum leaks are present.
