P0741 Fault in 2011 Ford Mustang V6: Is It Safe to Drive at Low Speeds?
Hi everyone, I've been experiencing the limp home mode light coming on over the past few days. After using a code scanner, I identified error code P0741: P0741 - Torque Converter Clutch Solenoid Circuit Performance or Stuck Off Vehicle details: 2011 Ford Mustang V6 3.7L with automatic transmission. My question is: Is it safe to continue driving at low speeds for a short period, or should I take the vehicle to a mechanic as soon as possible? Any advice or insights would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!
This issue requires attention but does not necessitate immediate parking or repair. A timely visit to a mechanic is recommended. Driving at low speeds for about one week with minimal mileage seems reasonable as a temporary solution.
