OBD2 Code P1351 on 1996 Ford Bronco 302: Diagnosis and Fix Guide

I have a 1996 Ford Bronco with a 302 engine that is displaying OBD2 diagnostic code P1351. I've already replaced the ECM, EGR valve, MAF sensor, module, distributor plugs and wires, as well as all oxygen sensors, fuel filter, and coolant temperature sensor. The engine has been flushed and vacuum lines have been checked. The air charge sensor was also tested. All wiring connections were verified for continuity and integrity. Despite these efforts, the vehicle runs fine at idle but exhibits a misfire when hot under load. I'm seeking help to identify the root cause of this issue.
