F150 P0156 P1131 P1151 - Engine Stalls, Loss of Power, and Lean Codes

Model: F150 Fault Code: P0156 Posted: 2019-08-14 12:48

My 2015 F150 is experiencing sudden loss of power and stalling, typically after about 2 minutes of driving when it reaches 30 mph. The vehicle suddenly runs fine after that. Diagnostic trouble codes P0156, P1130, and P1151 are present. I've already replaced the intake manifold, MAF sensor, IAC valve, and there are no visible vacuum leaks or holes in hoses. Despite these efforts, the issue persists. Can anyone provide insight into how to diagnose or resolve this problem?

Have you checked fuel pressure? If the engine is running lean and there are no vacuum leaks or a faulty MAF sensor, fuel delivery could be the issue. Please share the freeze frame data for these error codes to determine whether the lean conditions occur at idle or high RPMs. Additionally, post your fuel trim readings—both at idle and during high RPM operation. If fuel trims decrease as RPM increases, this may indicate a vacuum leak. If not, consider issues with the MAF sensor or fuel pump delivery.

I suspect one of my injectors is leaking. I plan to replace it and monitor whether the symptoms improve after the repair.
