P0674 Fault Code Resolution for 2009 Duramax Diesel Engine

I recently replaced all the glow plugs on my 2009 Duramax diesel engine due to persistent fault codes indicating issues with each glow plug. While all the glow plugs except #4 were successfully removed, the P0674 code for cylinder #4 persists and continues cycling without resolving. The issue appears to be ongoing, possibly originating from factory installation since I purchased the vehicle new. I'm seeking advice on how to properly remove the glow plug #4, as it keeps turning during removal attempts. Any insights or solutions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Don.
