02 Dodge Intrepid 2.7L Engine Code P441 - Purge System Performance Issue

I have replaced the purge valve, removed the gas tank, and inspected all hoses and lines—everything appears to be in good condition. Using a scan tool, I can manually trigger the leak detection pump, which clicks on and off as expected. However, the scanner does not activate the purge valve during operation. While driving, the scan tool shows a purge percentage. Since the car has only been driven a few times at my shop, the P441 code has not returned. I'm looking for advice on what else to check and how to properly diagnose this issue—any insights would be greatly appreciated.
