Dodge Caravan 2003 3,3L code P1684

Hi, I have a code P1684 showing up. it happened after i've realised the chek engine light and a weird noise coming from the left side of my engine(while facing the engine) and the car giving me a 40KPH while not moving on the drive gear and holding the brake, the car also kicked as if the transmition was trying to get on another gear. at that time the code lecture was P0135 which i've fixed by changing the upstream O2 sensor. now, after fixing it, the chek engine light, the weird noise, the 40 KPH lecture and the Kicking is still going on while on drive gear and holding the brake the OBDII code is now giving me the P1684 code.... i've already disconected the negative pole of the battery for 30sec to restart the code.... can someone please give me an hint?
