P0191 Fault in 2010 Toyota Corolla D4D 1.4L - Diagnosis and Possible Causes

I own a 2010 Toyota Corolla D4D 1.4L model. Last summer, before a long trip, I performed a full system maintenance including replacement of all filters (fuel filter included). During the journey, after replacing the battery and refueling at a service station, the engine warning light activated unexpectedly. The vehicle runs smoothly under acceleration, reaching up to 5,000 to 6,000 RPM without any performance issues. Two days later, I visited a mechanic who diagnosed error codes P0191 and P01229. The technician suggested that the issue may be due to poor diesel fuel quality. I would like to confirm whether this diagnosis is accurate or if there are other possible causes related to the P0191 code in my 2010 Corolla D4-4 engine system.
