Chrysler Sebring P2004 P2107 P0202 Fault Codes: Intake Manifold Replacement Not Resolving Rough Idling and Stalling

Model: Chrysler Sebring Fault Code: P0202 Posted: 2019-11-02 10:46

My Chrysler Sebring is displaying multiple fault codes: P2004, P2107, and P0202. Each code has appeared twice. I was advised to replace the intake manifold control valve, which I did at a cost of $119.00. However, the vehicle's performance remains poor—engine shakes, rough idle, weak acceleration, and occasional stalling. Despite clearing the codes after replacement, symptoms persist. What could be causing this issue? Are there other potential causes for these specific fault codes in a Chrysler Sebring?

After replacing the intake manifold control valve and clearing the fault codes, it's recommended to monitor the vehicle closely. If the same codes reappear or symptoms persist, consider further diagnostics such as checking for vacuum leaks, fuel system issues, or misfires—especially since P2004 (exhaust gas recirculation) and P2107 (fuel injector control pressure) are linked to engine performance in Chrysler Sebring models.
