DTC P0430 Issue on 2011 Chrysler 200: Wiring Problem or Sensor Fault? Can I Fix It Myself?

I have already replaced both the camshaft and crankshaft position sensors four times, but the DTC P0430 error persists and my car now won't start. Could this be caused by a wiring issue? Is it something I can diagnose and repair myself? What would be the typical cost for professional repair?

Double-check that you've entered the correct diagnostic code. DTC P0430 is a catalytic converter-related code, not related to camshaft or crankshaft sensors.
