2017 Chevrolet Cruze U0198 Fault Code: Hands-Free and OnStar Not Working

I recently installed a Progressive Snapshot system in my 2017 Chevrolet Cruze. Shortly after, I noticed the hands-free cell feature stopped working. When my wife tried to reconnect to the internet, she found that the OnStar indicator light was not turning on. I contacted OnStar support, but they were unable to establish communication with the system and advised me to take the vehicle to a dealership for troubleshooting. The dealer diagnosed a U0198 fault code and stated that the module needs to be replaced. I'm wondering if this issue has been reported by other owners of the 2017 Chevrolet Cruze or if there are known solutions or common causes associated with this specific fault code.
