Looking for a reliable solution to DTC P0122 (Throttle Position Sensor / Switch A Circuit - Low Input) on my 1998 Chevrolet C3500 7.4L gasoline truck. Has anyone successfully resolved this issue? What are the most effective steps to diagnose and fix this fault code?

Have you checked or replaced the Throttle Position Sensor (TPS)? It's one of the most common causes of DTC P0122 and P1122 on this model.

We've just ordered a new TPS unit based on advice from a trusted mechanic friend. The diagnosis confirmed it as the primary suspect for both P0122 and P1122 codes. Thanks for the insight!
