Audi A3 2014 1.6 TDI CLH - P2463 Fault Code: Occasional Stalling After Long Drive, DPF Not Blocked?

My 2014 Audi A3 1.6 TDI CLH is showing only the fault code P2463. The car runs and drives normally under everyday conditions. However, after prolonged driving (over one hour), it occasionally enters a 'noodloop' (emergency drive) state. This issue resolves itself when I disconnect the battery for a short period and restart the vehicle. The engine continues to operate smoothly otherwise. I find it hard to believe that the diesel particulate filter (DPF) is clogged, as the car performs normally during regular use. I have already replaced the DPF regeneration control valve, but the problem persists without any improvement. Does anyone know the root cause of this P246 or have a reliable solution? Any insights would be greatly appreciated.
