P0018 Fault Causing Overheating in 2014 Audi A7 Quattro
Seasons Greetings, I'm experiencing repeated overheating issues with my 2014 Audi A7 Quattro. The vehicle has triggered a P0018 diagnostic code. I've been unable to find any official feedback or solutions from Audi support. Could this be related to the crankshaft position sensor or internal cooling system failure? Any insights would be greatly appreciated.
Seasons greetings — I have a 2014 Audi A7 Quattro as well and am facing similar overheating issues. I recently received a P0018 code, which I initially thought was related to the crankshaft position sensor. This problem started after my PVC valve replacement at an authorized Audi dealership last year. To access the valve, they had to remove the supercharger. After that, the car began overheating intermittently and has now returned to this issue. Could there be a connection between the repair and the cooling system performance? Any advice or known fixes would be helpful.
