PO135 Fault Reappears After O2 Sensor Replacement on Astra 55 Reg

I recently replaced both oxygen sensors on my Astra 55 reg and reset the engine control unit. The check engine light initially turns off, but after driving for some time, it comes back on. When I reconnect the diagnostic machine, it shows a pending PO135 code. Despite replacing the sensors, the issue persists. Can anyone provide insight into what might be causing this recurring fault or suggest further troubleshooting steps?

Were the new oxygen sensors installed by the dealer or from an aftermarket brand? This could affect compatibility and performance, especially in relation to the PO135 code.
