1999 Kia Sephia P1500, P0732, P0733, P0734 Error Codes Persist After Sensor Replacement
I'm seeking help from experienced Kia owners. I've recently replaced both the Input Speed Sensor (VSS) and Output Speed Sensor on my 1999 Kia Sephia. Despite these replacements, the error codes P0732, P0733, and P0734 continue to appear after just a short drive—such as one-quarter mile. Shortly after this, the vehicle begins running poorly with noticeable surging. I've already cleaned all relevant electrical connections, but no improvement has been observed. I'm wondering if there could be an issue with the signal transmission or wiring. Any insights into what might be causing these codes to persist and how to resolve them would be greatly appreciated.
Please inspect the entire sensor circuit—there may be a broken wire or poor connection preventing the Powertrain Control Module (PCM) from receiving a proper signal. Also, confirm whether you installed OEM or aftermarket sensors. Let us know your findings and keep us updated on progress.
