i am having several codes regarding trans fluid pressure switch and have already changed the solenoid in valve body and changed all fluid and filters. what do i have to do to fix these codes. codes 846, 871, 988, 876, 888.
yes it is stock and i don't have a remote start on it. i have changed solenoid, output speed sensor, input speed sensor and speed sensor, plus all abs wheel sensors, changed all the fluid and yes i only added atf4, changed both filters. and check engine light is on with these codes, failed emissions of course.
are these all Pxxxx codes- I suggest a scan - try the free scans at autozone et al. The numbers you posted are suspect, I am suggesting a second reading. Did you check the trans relay? fuses etc?
CONFIRM THOSE CODES they are all P0xxx, a 1999 4.7 . I will need to dbl check them BUT P0888 trans relay open - would likely set trans codes vehicle is STOCK - no remote starter? and any recent work other than above? I always add jeeps NEED ATF4 nothing else.
