1999 Grand Am V6 3.4L P1441 EVAP System Code and P1994 O2 Sensor Issue

I own a 1999 Grand Am V6 3.4L with codes P1440 (EVAP system) and P1994 (O2 sensor). I believe the P1994 O2 sensor issue is contributing to the P1441 EVAP fault code. While there's no noticeable drop in engine performance, the vehicle appears to consume significantly more fuel than normal. Most of the time, when starting the car, it turns over but stalls immediately. If I give it a bit of throttle, it stays running. Any advice or troubleshooting steps for this combination of codes would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
