Hello everyone, I recently purchased a 1999 Chevrolet Express van that is not running. It's showing three diagnostic error codes: P1345, P034

P1345 and P0340 are likely related issues. Have anyone checked or moved the distributor? If not, basic troubleshooting steps include: - Spark at the plugs? - Injector pulsing — use a noid light to check. - Fuel pressure. - Compression and vacuum tests.

Okay, I just removed the distributor cap and found that the rotor does not spin. What drives the rotor — is it the camshaft or crankshaft?
