P0755 Shift Solenoid B Malfunction P0750 Shift Solenoid A Malfunction P0700 Transmission Control System Malfunction Ok, So i'm trying to help my sister find out some info for these codes for her 1998 Sebring LXi. Any help you could give me would be appreciated. Her question was: "What parts will i need to fix these codes?" I don't know a whole lot about whats going on with the car (I live in a different state), but from what she has told me, the car will not shift out of first gear. Its an automatic. If you need more info, i can probably get it. Thanks for any advice or answers you can give.
In reality the transmission won't shift out of 2nd gear! Chryslers go into limp if there is an electrical problem to the transmission so what she's describing as 1st is really 2nd. I'd recommend having a transmission shop or a technician with a scanner check the speed sensors to be sure they are reading because if they aren't the tranny will not shift, If they are reading then it might require a wiring repair to the transmission or a valve body/ solenoid pack replaced.
