1998 Jetta 2.0L Engine P1426 Code Reappears After Multiple Repairs

Recently purchased a 1998 Jetta 2.0L, and I'm currently experiencing recurring trouble code P1426. The code clears temporarily but returns shortly after. I've already replaced the vent valve, leak detection pump, and all braided hoses with new rubber lines. To troubleshoot further, I'm now checking the wiring resistance between the vent valve and ECM to verify proper pinout according to the factory schematic. Any insights or recommendations on resolving this persistent P1426 code would be greatly appreciated.
