After recently repairing the exhaust system connected to the catalytic converter, my 1998 Honda Integra triggered the Check Engine Light within 20 minutes. The vehicle is now displaying three OBD-II diagnostic codes simultaneously: P0171 (Rich Mix Bank 1), P0174 (Rich Mix Bank 2), and P0116 (Camshaft Position Sensor A Circuit). I'm seeking advice on how to diagnose and resolve this combination of error codes. Any insights into possible root causes or troubleshooting steps would be greatly appreciated.

Double-check your exhaust repair work for proper connections and sealing. Look for vacuum leaks, especially around the intake manifold and hoses. Also verify the operation of the Engine Coolant Temperature (ECT) sensor and its electrical circuit, as a faulty ECT sensor can contribute to these misfire and fuel trim codes.
